Meet Sheila, proof that age is just a number! 🌟 At almost 50, she came to me with a goal: to build lean muscle, tone her body, and grow her glutes. Together, we’ve been working hard to make it happen.


Sheila trains with me once a week for up to 3 hours, focusing on total body strength. She’s also incredibly consistent with her nutrition plan and diligently follows the personalized training program I’ve designed for her, which she executes every three days of our check-ins. And yes, we incorporate cheat meals every three days to keep things balanced!
